HIGH NOON AT 8 P.M. ET:  The president will be on TV tonight, again, this time trying to separate his health care liner from the iceberg.  No, his administration will not live or die by this bill, but a defeat on health care will bring Mr. Obama down to the level of a mortal, something his political team desperately fears.
